USCIS Will Accept family petitions of Gay Couples

In the wake of the Supreme Court's decision finding section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional, the USCIS announced on July 1, 2013 that it will accept immigrant petitions from US Citizens in lawful same-sex marriages. 

The Office of Kevin Guanaga, P.A. will be assisting all same-sex married couples with the immigration processing for foreign spouses.  Please contact the office for more information.
