Business Law

A substantial part of Kevin Guanaga, P.A. practice involves business matters.  By that, we mean to say we are experienced and familiar with the most common areas people need help with when either starting or operating a business.  Such areas include entity formation, drafting of company bylaws, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.  Other key matters involve state and local licensing, drafting and review of contracts contemplating commercial leasing, procurements, strategic business and employment relationships, and asset/stock transactions.  The attorney is also experienced with franchising matters.

The firm also maintains a strong alliance with eminent colleagues who serve as co-counsel to the firm on various complex litigation matters involving business contracts, "piercing the corporate veil," wage and hour, covenants against competition and breach of confidentiality agreements.

The information you obtain on this website is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements. Before you decide, ask us to send you free written information about the attorney’s qualifications and experience. Also note, the use of the firm's or attorney’s direct e-mail address for communications will not establish an attorney-client relationship and messages containing confidential or time-sensitive information should not be sent.
